Business Developement Manager
Adaptive Training are a leading provider of project management training with an already superb track record of delivery for our clients. We work predominantly in the UK and
also in Europe and North America. Our consultants have worked with market leading organisations, large and small, including Vodafone, IBM, Credit Suisse, Invesco, numerous
local councils, Astra Zeneca, and the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in business to business sales in order to meet our ambitious growth targets. You will proactively sell our entire
curriculum including, for example, PRINCE2, project management, business analysis, change management and leadership courses. You will sell primarily to the UK market, both the
private and public sector, working primarily by telephone and based at our Manchester office.
The successful candidate will be a solutions led sales professional, with a demonstrable track record of b2b sales and building successful relationships. You will have a
highly professional and client focussed approach, a high level of personal and professional integrity, and be highly career-oriented and flexible. In return you will work in a
challenging and stimulating environment with a good basic and a superb OTE.
