We recruit the best real-world practitioners to deliver our courses, train them in the best delivery techniques, and then work with them to continuously improve their performance in the classroom. We don't use any full time training instructors, only practising project management consultants and project managers. 98% of our delegates rate our instructors as excellent.

Our instructor base represent the cream of the crop. We only use instructors with proven track records of successfully applying the subject area they are teaching. Whether it is general project management, Prince2, risk management, or any other course area, your instructor will be able to draw on their experience to give practical, unbiased, and realistic advice on the topic in question. Our instructors need to stay completely up-to-date with developments in their area. Therefore they only teach with us for an average of 8 courses/ year.

Our Instructor Recruitment Process

We have a rigorous instructor training and recruitment process. Before an instructor leads one of our courses, they will have documented detailed information on their experience, answered searching questions about their subject area, passed three different interviews, attended our Train the Trainer course, back-seated our courses and been assessed at a course where they deliver 3-4 hours of the content under the supervision of a qualified instructor.

The Adaptive Training Guarantee provides our customers the opportunity to pay only if completely satisfied with the value of their course.

If you send us a note of your dissatisfaction within a month of taking the course, then you can retake the course, take another course, receive a refund, or credit your attendance back onto your Adaptive Access Package or Adaptive Training Voucher.

Note that if you purchase a manual or arrange with an exam board to take an exam as part of a course, these areas will not be refunded and are not transferable.

Finally this guarantee excludes those that are disruptive and are asked to leave the course to protect the learning of all the other delegates, and those who miss parts of the course. Last year we had someone ask for a refund after they slept in for their exam, so we decided to cover this. We hope you feel this is fair.
