We offer three levels of PRINCE2 training reflecting the level of depth at which you wish to understand and apply the method:
Our PRINCE2: Achieving Foundation course is ideal for those who want a complete understanding of the PRINCE2 method but are not actually intending to act as a project manager. This would be appropriate for anyone who will be involved in a PRINCE2 project team or who will interface with a project (e.g. procurement, line managers, project sponsors). This course is three days in length and includes the opportunity to take the PRINCE2 Foundation examination; a multiple choice paper measuring whether a candidate could act as an informed member of a project team.
PRINCE2: Achieving Practitioner is aimed at anyone who currently or may in future manage projects and wants to be able to fully apply the PRINCE2 method. This five day course includes the opportunity to take both the Foundation and Practitioner examinations, which together confer the Certified PRINCE2 Practitioner status. As well as promoting an in-depth understanding of PRINCE2, time is spent exploring how it would apply in specific project scenarios and how it should be tailored to a specific organisation.
Finally, for those who have already passed the Foundation examination, we offer the opportunity to upgrade to Certified Practitioner status through our PRINCE2: Practitioner Exam Preparation. A two day course, for those with an existing understanding of PRINCE2, focusing specifcially on practice exam scenarios to fully prepare candidates to take the Practitioner examination.
